Donor Responsibilities

NGO Responsibilities

2. Safety: FAR FOUNDATION will ensure that all donation processes adhere to the highest safety and hygiene standards.
3. Support: FAR FOUNDATION will provide support and care to donors during and after the donation process.

Volunteer Responsibilities

1. Conduct: Volunteers must act professionally and respectfully towards donors, recipients, and other volunteers.
2. Training: Volunteers must attend mandatory training sessions provided by FAR FOUNDATION.
3. Duties: Volunteers must perform their assigned duties responsibly and diligently.

Use of Donations

1. Purpose: All blood donations will be used strictly for medical purposes to help recipients in need.
2. Distribution: FAR FOUNDATION reserves the right to distribute blood donations based on medical need and urgency.

Liability

1. Medical Issues: FAR FOUNDATION is not liable for any adverse medical conditions arising from the donation process, provided all standard procedures were followed.
2. Data Protection: While FAR FOUNDATION will take all necessary measures to protect personal data, it is not liable for any data breaches caused by external factors beyond its control.

Amendments

FAR FOUNDATION reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Donors, volunteers, and recipients will be notified of any significant changes.
